Thanks :=)
I just want to add that I've uncovered more names associated with the same scam. I do believe this is the same person or a group of people working together:
Richard Dominic, Terry Samuel, Oliver Gaines, Rolland Knight, Tony Johnson, Tony Joseph, Dave Martin(s), Matt Nicholas, Stephen Jack, Charles Walker, Richard Jordan, Patrick Murray, David Powell.
The email addresses they have used so far are: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] .

[color=#0000FF]Hey everyone,

I am an Australian who was looking for 3 months rent in a self catered apartment in London for later this year and I found on gumtree this really nice apartment in south kensington for 50 pounds a night, I should have gathered then that this place was a scam but they had their own website which looked very legitimate, I couldn't find anything else on this apartment agency, not even on trip advisor . I was so convinced, after many emails, i payed 40% deposit for a 3 month period which was $3000 AUD. I was even more convinced that this place was legitimate because they sent me a thorough rental agreement and invoice. Through correspondence they even had made several email addresses such as John Cox-Sales Advisor and Bob Jones- Invoice Department. I am very glad I came across this website , as soon as I did I rung my bank and luckily got my $3000. So I would just like to thank the people who run this website and the people who wrote this blog, as It would have been a very short holiday if these criminals had received my money. Handy hips that i have learnt whilst looking for accommodation in London is that if it's too good to be true 99% of times it is, make sure you get the address of the apartment and do a google map search and see if this address actually is there, if it is ring a hotel on the same street and ask if they know anything about the apartment or agency. I hope this helps and I hope someone doesn't get conned the way I did. Thanks again scamwarners, I really appreciate it. The website I went on was

That domain was registered last month for only one year with a hidden registrant. Could you post the emails, with headers (they did send from that domain, right?), so that we can shut it down?
