Rental Scammer - [email protected]

Hello,

My name is Anthony and I wanted to give you guys hope and reassurance that we are on top of this scam. This guy has infiltrated every rental classified website that we are aware of, including Kijiji and Craigslist. Since the time he had tried to use our website we have implemented strict measures and security features to try and filter and illuminate scam artists from trying to scam our valued renters.

We also have on every ad a button called “Report this ad”. This sends a direct message to our admin department notifying us of a scam or fraudulent ad, where we can then investigate it quickly.
I hope this helps and I hope this encourages renters to use our website as we have taken the necessary steps in trying to protect our customers. Furthermore we still stress that it is important for renters to use their own judgment and common knowledge that if a deal looks too good to be true…sometimes it is. Also never send money through Western Union as that in its self should raise the red flags.

i think they have changed thier email address. Same email, same scam. I reported his posting on Craigslist, but in the meantime I think i will waste his time....now that he has wasted mine!

The Apartment located in 380 Waterfront Crescent, Victoria, BC is still available. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The company I work for has won the auction for a project, in construction, for a building that will rise up in London, United Kingdom. I am a civil engineer, so my accommodation period in England will be about 4 years. I don't want to make a business or a profit with the apartment. Just want to find a good and trust person to take good care of the place because I really love it. I`m the owner of the apt and it's like in the pics.The apartment is unfurnished but if you want you can use my furniture from the storage unit. The rent for 1 month is 840CAD$ (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, 2 parking spots indoor, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, stove, laundry in-suite, washer and dryer). Everything in this apt is functional because is recently renovated. If you need to do some reparations (the worst case that could happen) in the apartment, I will cover the reparations cost, or I will deduct those from monthly payment. You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys because it is a private property but I hope that we will find a compromise.
