Justin Bushby scammer

This time the company is not Truila but its Bristol. I will post more Information as I get them.

Dear all, new user just so I can add information on this scammer. He is apparently very active on the Swedish site "Blocket" at the moment. I have answered 2 different ads for apartments in Stockholm and found them suspicious and then I found you!

Latest emails that I received and I beleive them to be the same pesrson:

1. As Kim Jorgensen working from [email protected]

2. As Maria Parker with address: [email protected]

Both ads are gone from "Blocket" but this email is the last one I got from "Maria Parker":

The apartment is furnished, but I have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want to bring your own (no extra costs). The rent for 1 month is only 3150 Kr (for the whole apartment) including all utilities (water, electricity, Internet, cable, parking, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator) so, the price you shall pay for one month of rent will be 3150 Kr + 3150 Kr security deposit (only first month the deposit) , with no extra taxes to pay , I really don't want to get rich from this rent ,i just want someone responsible to live there and to take care of the flat . You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys. The only problem is that I`m the only person who has the keys but I hope that we will find a solution together.

It's a scam. The only thing that will change hands is the victim's money--straight to a scammer who doesn't actually have a property to rent.

I would recommend if people are looking for a place and can afford it, try the sites where you have to pay to register such as Bostad Direkt, BoPunkten.se, Hyralya.se and Lagenhet.se - Bostad Direkt is one of the better ones.

Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay on the first month of rent will be 1 month of rent + 1 month security deposit 6200 SEK + 6200 SEK ( 12.400 SEK ), with no extra taxes to pay. The money, I want to receive it monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money to my bank account. The apartment is ready for you, you will need only to receive the keys and the contract to check it, and see if you like it. Obviously we need a way to complete this deal, that will allow us to make sure we receive what we are after. In order of that I have found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast, and in this way you will receive the Keys in less than 2 days, if you move fast as well. The solution is provided by a rental company called NUSCARGO which is similar to FedEx or UPS, which will handle both payment and delivery of the Keys.

I have found a procedure that will allow you receive the keys of it and through this way you will see it and decide if you will stay in the apt or not before I receive my payment. To start this transaction, I need your full name, address, city, postal code and telephone number. I will also need to know the rental period and the day you want to move in so I can put it in the contract. I will pay for the services of the agency, so there will be no extra costs for you. Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and you cannot move out immediately, we can make the deal as I explained it now, and consider it only an inspection and reservation.
