Hi! Thank you for this page. I am in contact with Yeo Yet-hai to rent her a room in a Flat in Sydney.
We are change a lot of mails with the contract and I was going to pay her the amount of 1500$ through Wester Union. Just in case I have found this page writting her name in google and I have discover that she is a scammer!!

First Mail after I put an announce in share-accomodation page
"Hi Flatmate,
I have a well furnished apartment for rent which is ideal for students seeking for Admission,couples and pets accepted as long as you ensure the rooms are clean and tidy at all times as i am looking for a wonderful,clean and fun loving flatmate to move in with me. The rooms are available for immediate move in either for short or long term depending on how long you plan to stay
About Me
I am Yeo Yet-Hay a female from Australia while my Husband is from Uk. My Hobbies are swimming, reading and traveling. In fact, I have being to Germany,Wales,also recently Scotland,I also like hanging out with friends and associating with people. I used to live here in this apartment with my Family but since my husband passed away,i had to relocate to UK and i am the only one in charge of this apartment so i am presently in Malaysia overseeing my late husband's firm as i am not around for now and would not be back for sometime and would be back by the end of july. As soon as i have confirmed you as my flatmate for reservation, I will send you the Keys to the apartment by mail
About my apartment
It is a three bedroom apartment located at 329 Pitt St Sydney NSW 2000, Australia and as I live in one room of the apartment, i have two rooms ready for move in, the rooms are furnished with, dining table with expendable leaves with 4 matching chairs, television with digital receiver, telephone, parquet floors, and there is a window facing north. The apartment is wireless Internet enabled
You will have free and unlimited access to all part of the apartment, the Kitchen, the living room and of course except my room and you can also have your own visitors.The rent for the room is 700AUD Per Month and this includes the utility bills(all included) and you will be required to pay a security deposit of 800AUD. This security deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay in my apartment. I hope it suits you well and if you have any more questions you can surely ask me, I also attached the pictures of my flat and also the tenancy contract agreement so that we can conclude and you can eventually move in."
Then we have changed several mails (7/8 total) in whose she send me a contract agreement to sign and her ID passport. She asked me to pay 1500$ through Western Union to send me the keys by DHL. In one mail I asked her about why her address was the same to some apartments for rent calles meriton. She answered me that her falt was after them and for that they have the same address???. Finally I told her that I didn´t like to pay her by Western Union because they don´t offer me any guarantee and she told me that we are friends and don´t worry...
I am glad to notice this scam at time. Thanks!!
