You will need to report your passport as lost/stolen using the contact information for the issuing agency found on your passport so they can issue you a new one.

Never send money or consider a property without meeting the agent or seeing the property in person. Anyone telling you they are out of the country and will send keys without allowing you to see the property is a scam.
