Another scam message by the same person. Sounds very convincing? He replies quite fast to my emails too. But if you look into the message more carefully, it becomes more and more obvious that its a scam. Below is the message I received (take note, I did not even contact him, there was no record of his email in my sent folders. He probably saw my ad on http://www.ledige-lejligheder.dk looking for an apartment):

I feel embarrassed to say this, I also fell in this guy's trap before I looked the names up on the internet.
In search for a flat in Munich I got in contact with a woman - Christina Maria Pichler - [email protected].
The name of the lawyer was, as in other cases, Louise Peter.
As I was in hurry to find a flat I fell for the concept, even if the English was very poor. I just thought it was she was german.
The mails looked very much the same as others posted on this wall.

I'm still in contact with this person so if there's anything I can do to get him/her busted, I will be glad to help.
Suggestions?

2....He explained that he preferred to issue you the receipt of

might be wondering why my lawyer had to make decisions for me,but it
is not, as he has been my lawyer for about 20 years and not my lawyer
alone,my family lawyer and my father's friend,so he is a well
respected fellow,and i think he wants the best for me and i hope you
understand my point,so the payment you will be transferring now is
400euro times ,which is 800euro,you can send the payment the same way
the first payment was sent and about the charges i can be responsible

Hi everybody,

a friend of mine got scammed for the same apartment in Munich (Dachauerstrasse 125) from the same lady, CHRISTINA MARIA PICHLER.

The story is always the same - fully finished apartment, same bank account, same telephone number and adresse, so I will not copy them here again.

What is interesting is that I got also in contact (voluntary!) with her, because in order to denunce it the German Police wanted something really related with Germany.
Here we go... I got from her a copy of "her" ID card. She uses the identity of a German girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This girl denunced immediately the rob of the ID card but this scammer could even open a bank account with this document... It's simply incredible
PS: the ID card has expired in the meantime, but she continues using it.

Unfortunately the police here could not make a lot... Even if in Bayern 3 people (me, the friend of mine and another girl also) did make a denounce... They told us that in order to let Interpol make something the scam has to be min 5,000 euros.

Hopefully this will help someone to avoid being scammed!!
