I graduated from Huelva University on the Costa de la Luz,I hold a degree in Economist I worked few years in Madrid, before i moved to Arizona some years back and that is where i have been living before deciding on moving down to your state due to job line up! My rent expired last month where i was staying in Tucson and it wouldn't be a good idea for me to pay up another rent since i have decided on moving down to your state due to new job opening for me.
I was searching through the web and i saw the advert of your room... I'd like to know if the room is still available becasue i'm extremely interested in renting the place. I have some few questions which i'd like you to answer pertaining to the room and it enviroment!
(1) Firstly, i'd like to know if there are shopping mall, Churches, bus line/ rail way lines that is very close to the neighbourhood.
(2) I would like to know if there is any garage or parking space because I will be coming over with my car.
(3) I would like to have the description of the room: Size and the equipments in it, if there is any.
(4) I would like to know the total cost for the initial move in: such as the first month rent, utility bill and if at all there is a deposit before move in.
(5) And lastly, I will like to know your payment method because i would prefer to pay with a Certified Check by making an advance payment ahead of my arrival which will stand as a kind of commitment and bond for you to hold down the room for me.
I will be very glad if you have all this questions answered in your next email! hoping to hear from you soon on the monthly rent, utility bill etc. as i will like to make payment ahead for you to turn down all offer from any other interested person and keep the room untill i arrive. Kindly get back to me with the necessary information on the room if possible pictures so i can see and make arrangement to pay up the first month leasing to show my seriousness and for you to hold down the room untill i arrive.
