Showers of blessing unto you and you entire household.My name is Tiffany Lindo...... The owner of the 1bedroom Single family home you are making inquiry of.I once resided in the house with my husband and only daughter before me and my family decided to work for the lord.So presently i am based here in the Canada.My husband could not stay further cause he had to go for a surgery in Mississippi,Cause he has to visit an Otology/Neurotologist for surgery, We have both decide to sell the house but,we latter make up our mind and we want to give it out for rent and we are looking for a responsible person that can take good care of the Home for us we are not after the money for the rent but want it to be clean at the time and the person that will rent it to take it as if it were its own.
We decided to sale the house but i was advice not to do that, So we have make up our mind to give out this apartment for rent. So for now, i am here in Canada our new House, and put all my worries off concerning the maintenance of the Home for, since i am not residing there for now.I left behind some Facilities and electronics which include the rent, and a DVD player, air conditioning, alarm system. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, refrigerator-freezer, four-hob and oven, microwave,dishwasher and washing machine, My Computer Connected with Internet Access Also the keys to the House are right here with me, and the lease document. Which i can send to you after all necessary agreement has be accepted. Also i will like you to know that the rent charges is not really the issue,Hope you are okay with the price of ($750) with hydro,heat laundry facilities,air condition and so on,but your absolute maintenance of my Home is most important thing so will want you to get back to me with the Application form below.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union and promise they will send the keys through a courier company.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
