Let me start by saying how much I appreciate your interest!

Please check your attached file, I attached a few pictures of the
apartment, just so you can have a better idea of what it looks like.

I'm not really concerned with the money for rent and I'm not
looking to make a business or a profit with it, I just want to find
the proper tenant, someone responsible, dedicated, committed and
trustworthy persons that can take very good care of the apartment,
like it
was his home.

I'm the owner and my name is Frank Jenkins, I love this place, it
means a lot to me. It has been professionally finished and decorated
with a modern color scheme that coordinates throughout.. it looks
exactly like in the pictures, totally finished, fully furnished and I
have the option of sending all my furniture into storage if you want
to bring your own, no extra costs!
The apartment has all the facilities and the utilities: washing
machine, dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, juice machine,
iron, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, vacuum cleaner, stainless
steel, everything you need!

The lease is flexible, for short term and long term, can be month to
month, min stay 3 month - max 10 years. The rent for one month is
$750.00. The rent/price will not increase monthly, it will remain the
same for the whole period that the contract will be signed for.
The all utilities are included in this price (rent/month). No extra
fees! It means: water, cable, gas, electricity, Internet, parking and
washer/dryer in the apartment.

About pets... there's no problem if you have pets, as long as you
clean up after them!

I want this rental to be as smooth as possible, I really need to take
care of this matter asap.. let me know if you are really interested,
so that I can send all the details, including application form, too.

I think this is a good opportunity, don't miss out my apartment!

Regards,

Frank

Yes Michelle

I can give you the opportunity to inspect the apartment in the next few days or at the convenient time for you and you can move there later, but you have to secure it tomorrow, ( $750.00 ), and the lease will start from the date when you move in the apartment.

I will try explain to you step by step how this will work, take a few moments and read my email carefully!

* The all utility bills will be redirected to me in London.
* As I said before, the apartment is as described, but if something will broke down after you moved, you are responsible, but the cost of repairs will be deducted from your rent.
* I would like to receive the money monthly into my bank account and I hope there will be no problem for you to wire the money to it.

Do you think a 2 days inspection period will suffice?

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
