Good Day, How are you doing and how was your weekend ?

The Property is still available for rent and i am looking for a responsible person / family to occupy and maintained the Place now that i am not around.I wanted to sell the Property posted online before i was advised not to sell it but to put it on for rent.

I just moved to Des Moines, Iowa on job transfer with Budweiser Beer and to move closer to my extended families here . Here is the Address to the Place : 1169 N Curson Ave , West Hollywood, CA 90046, i will be away for 3 to 4 years that's why I have made up my mind to put up my Property for rent to whom ever that will take good care of it.

I'm sorry you may not be able to see the inside of the unit right now, as there was no formal intent of renting this unit and there is no building manager because i lived there and there was no need for the manager, but the pictures of the interior i posted. There is no way for you to see the unit because i did not make plans for it but You may go by the apartment to have a look of the neighborhood and environment Also how long do you intend to stay?

How soon do you intend to move in?

Note : this unit is furnished and comes furnished as seen in the pictures attached with all utilities included: Water, Electricity, Gas,Garbage and High speed WiFi internet/TV package, Parking included and walking distance to College. This is not a sublease , i own the property am renting to you

The rent is $750 while the security deposit is $650 if you are interested write me back so i can email you the rental application, There is no application fee and we do not accept section 8/Voucher. I was asked to fill out an application after that, including SSN#, income and other personal information.
The photos are sent over, of course it looks really nice. (I have to figure out how to attache the photos later)
Then my application was approved right away. Everything happens in the same day from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
He even has his CA Driver License scanned and emailed to me.

Here are the contents that will be delivered to you via FedEx courier service.

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2)Paper/Permanent Flat form (Containing your reference details)
3)The Flat documented file.
4)Payment Receipt.
5)Full address and description of the house.

You'll be sending us the rent money every month to my Financial Planner's account which is listed below, so walk into the bank and have the First and Last month rent with security deposit wired ($2150) . Note the Security deposit is totally refundable on the day you move out completely from the apartment.

I'll wait for the package to arrive. I assume you allow me to take a look inside the place without you being here.
If I agree to rent your place then I'll go to the bank and have the amount above wired to you.
Also, do we have an agreement for this renting?
I want to make sure we're on the same page on the length and other conditions.
It'd be better to have everything in writing so that we know our rights and we make sure we respect one another's rights as well.
