Tracy Marshell .. Still active scammer.

Hey guys I was almost fooled by this person. I luckily found this site and thought twice about handing over my hard earned cash!!
This is the last message "she" wrote to me after I questioned about the giving money over before viewing.:

Thanks for your prompt reply. However, i understand your message and
i know you need to be careful when dealing with someone you haven't
met or pay for what you haven't seen yet. Firstly, i would like you to
know that i am not after your hard earn money. I am a live out
landlord and i have my own work of which i earn enough money for my
family.

The lay down procedure was mandated by my lawyer and i, because we
have both been disappointed in the past by unserious people that are
not ready or don't have the money to pay for the rent or the security
deposit, yet they disturb us in order to schedule a viewing and i am
not willing to let that happen again.

As a private landlord here in the UK, i am guided by law under the
Housing Act and i will neither advertise what i don't have nor go
against the law of the National Landlords Association (NLA). The flat
in the photos is exactly what you are coming to see on your arrival in
flat. Nevertheless, i am more than willing to send my certificate of
ownership, as a proof of address.

Please let me know if you are willing to accept the contract and make
an advance payment to secure the flat. Otherwise, you would have to
look for another flat in order to avoid time wasting as i have already
decline some other prospective candidate due to your serious interest
you have in my flat. Note that making a deposit doesn't mean you must
rent my flat after the viewing, if you decide not to proceed with the
rent, then i will refund the deposit immediately without any
deduction.

Hi guys. I came across this forum when i google searched Tracy Marshell 23 Mirabel Road..

Ive been getting emails which i will post screen shots of below.
i have been in contact with the police and crime watch.

We are currently in need to move from our current home before a court date.. she/he has targeted me at my most vunerable. I was so incredibly upset and stressed. Only i could be that stupid

Heres pics. Oh also she created fake documents of a passport and land ownership. Which i have kept and sent to crime watch. As she has now committed fraud. And forgery.
