Hi,
Thank you for the interest in my announced apartment..Little
about me,i am Italian that lived in Geneva for many years,i bought the
property while staying in Geneva last year.Now i started working as
the Trading Manager in Mercuria Company Switzerland (Zurich) ,so i
moved to Zurich,also i frequently stay in the UK Scotland because my
family have their stay there,so i stay 4 days in Zurich and last 3
days of the week in UK (Scotland) .I have to rent out my fully
furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Geneve because its vacant , since i
got employment from where i have been dreaming to get employed ,i have
to move from Geneva to Zurich when i got the employment to work in
Mercuria Oil and Gas Compnay (Zurich branch).I am looking for some one
to rent the apartment and that will take the apartment like its
his/her own as i am away from the apartment and i will only be
visiting occasionally just to check up and i will leave
immediately(not gonna sleep over night anytime i come for check up and
i will only come whenever i am permitted) .
You can rent the apartment for a long time as long as you intend to
stay as i am away and will be residing at the company residents
whenever i will have to come to Geneva Oftenly for some years. As i
said i frequently stay in the UK (Scotland) as i use to have 4 days in
Switzerland and the last 3 Days of the week in UK .
The apartment is 1000 CHF per Month which also includes all bills and
utilities and the refundable deposit is 2,000 CHF.The apartment is
fully furnished and well equipped,the rooms are furnished with beds in
each room. The apartment is also equipped with TV, CD, fridge,
internet, chairs, wardrobe,reading table,AC,Heater,cooker,washing
machine,dish washer ETC ....
My Terms and Condition are :
1:I want some one that will take good care of my property like its his/her own..
2:I will only allow pets that are registered and that has references
3:I will not allow late night and every time partying in my apartment
4:I dont allow paints or any much extra decoration in my apartment as
its well painted and decorated
5:Little decoration or tools fixing can be allowed based on agreement..
Im sorry if the terms and condition above is any how complicated,just
that i need someone to take good care of my property at my absence ..
The apartment is located in a very peaceful,secure and cool
environment,its situated at le 26 rue de l'Athenee, 1206 Geneva ,it
is a bedrooms with 1 kitchen,toilet and bathroom in each room and a
living room.Let me know if you are still interested in the apartment
and if you will like to proceed on the rent.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
