Hello Michelle
Good day to you and how’s your day been?...You have nice hobbies, i like reading, listen to music, play video games, sport, going to the cinema as my hobbies...This is my first time renting out the room by myself, the duration you mentioned to rent the room is okay by me. Thanks for writing back, you're right on track with the way we will proceed on this but it's not only trusting in my self reference nor you. I can as well send you a copy of my identity so that you can feel more positive towards this as i will want you to understand that there are so many potential tenants that wants to rent and the only way I will be able to reserve the place for you right now is if i have a concrete arrangement with you.
It is going to be negligence on my part if I have nothing concrete with you in terms of arrangement and then leaving the place open because most times that I have tried to do that for people willing to rent, they either fail to meet up with appointment and meetings thereby sending me back to the first phase of having to send out adverts again so I hope you understand that angle that i'm coming from.
If you send me your information now (full name, address, copy of identity), then tomorrow I will send you the rental contract for living in the apartment so that you can read through it's terms and if it all sounds well for you then we'll pick things from there.
Do let me know what you think about this so that we can possibly move things on.
Regards,
Gianna

Ogg: FW: The Rental Contract
Hello Michelle
Good Morning, how was your night ?, I just got copy of the rental contract from my father's lawyer... For the reservation, find attached the rental contract. Please read to see if you agree with the terms and conditions. If you do, you will fill in your details on the first page & sign at the last page and then send to me so I can sign also. You will then make payment of first month rent and security deposit through bank transfer to caretaker bank details, is very easy, fast, secured, reliable.
The caretaker is responsible if there's any damages in the apartment to repair and also as a security and also to give you the key of the room on your arrival day, i will be with the caretaker on the desire day you want to move in. As soon as you make the payment, you will email me back with the contract and also the scan copy of the payment receipt , so i can sign a swell on the contract and email you back with the room receipt because you have to come along with the signed contract and the room receipt when coming to the apartment to move in.
I attached copy of my identity as a proof of who i am and below is the caretaker bank details to transfer the money to:

Bank name: AIB
Account Number: 58566028
IBAN: IE41AIBK93104758566028

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
