Mc David Guinness Scam

I have a legitimate business letting apartments in Europe. Recently several people have contacted me asking me to confirm if Mc David Guinness worked for our company. He does not. He has been using my company name and other sensitive information posing as the owner of the business. So far he has tried to scam 4 or 5 people that I know of because they contacted me.
I have let the authorities know and will be filing a report on him.
Unfortunately he will probably pop up under a different guise next time.
I just wanted to put this info out there. I can give more details if anyone needs them.
