property to be well taken good care of, and they are some rules and
regulation in which i do give out to my tenant if they are willing to
rent my house, so please don't disrespect my order ,but if you are
still capable of renting my house the rules and regulation goes this
way.You must keep my house clean including the surrounding, you must
know the way in which you use the gas stove so as to avoid fire
outbreak,you must not disturb the neighbor. you might also notice for
sale sign in front of the house, but me and my wife has decided to
rent it out due to our transfer to (Florida) because of my Job, and
we are renting it out now and not selling it again.Have this in mind.
Yes we Accept Pets ok Also i would be the one to take care of
utilities, Gas, Water Bills.

and check house and if you love the house we can move to next step by
sending you the booking form and lease agreement form .. . But about
seeing the inside.That's the little hindrance we had right now,
Because is the keys to the house is presently with me in Florida. and
i don't have anyone to drop the keys for because i relocated my whole
family down here to Florida due to my Job transfer. that is the
reason why i took along with me.. But you can view the inside via the
window. But i can send the keys to you if you agree to make down
payment to my lawyer. Then i can send the keys down to you with UPS
Courier Service in the next day delivery.... , Well the payment is as
follows, You will pay $300 as Damages, and you will pay $700 which is
the first month rent. which is $700 so the total you will pay before
move in is $1000, So if you are okay with me get back to me so i can
send you the rental booking form, Along with the lease agreement form.
Note I will issue the receipt of payment and send it with the keys.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union with a promise that they will send the keys through a courier company.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
