This scam is running rampant on the Delaware apartments and housing craigslist. They are all asking $700 per month with utilities included and giving stolen identities (This time Alicia C. Tricarino) as landlords that have moved and are trying to rent a house that has actually been listed as for sale, using the listing's address and photos.
