Hello.
Thanks for the mail and interest in our home, i want you to know that formerly we wanted to sell it but my wife advise me not to sell it again so i close the deal with the agent, so our unit is currently for rent, we are presently in Russia on transfer we will be staying for like 5 to 6 years.
Due to my job as a missionary i spent less time in the States so i could not get a hold on any Realtor to handle this rent issue, although it was when we knew how long we are going to stay in Russia that we decided to rent out unit.
However, the initial plan was to sale it, which i tried, but sometimes the agents inflates the prize and it takes longer to sell i am telling you this in case if you find home on another website, that is the old advert. Because of this reason and more we need a responsible person that can take very good care of it, I will like you to give me your full info and how long you will be staying. You can go check out the location and see if you are ok with it.an upfront payment is required [deposit] before moving in, i will send you the keys and copies of the house documents.
Per month $790, deposit of $790 refundable at the end of your stay if nothing is reported missing or damage, You must note that Utilities are included to the rent fee per month. I am not happy renting out in my absence but with your corporation and TRUST IN GOD we will get done without hitch. Call to speak with me +79059264822 sometimes my wife always pick my calls, we just got married 10 months ago. THE RENT AND LEASE IS 6 MONTHS TO A YEAR WITH OPTION OF LEASE TO OWN. Here is the address to my lovely home 286 N Madison Ave UNIT 106, Pasadena, CA 91101. Please read my e-mail carefully before replying to the mail.
I would like to know when you want to move in and would send you the rent application form.
Regards
This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
