The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has a large hall. The living room is located in front of the apartment. Open kitchen floor plan with all appliance. Big Bathroom with separate shower, bath-tub and double sink. Toilet is separate.
The flat has one large double bed which is big enough to accommodate two people at a sleep so if you want to share it with someone, you are highly welcome. The flat is well furnished and equipped with followings : standing mirror,CD - DVD - Video ,Radio , TV , High-speed Internet with WiFi,Washing Machine , Heating, iron and Ironing board , Electric Kettle,Toaster,Dishwasher,Refrigerator, Microwave and the flat comprise separate fully tiled bathroom and off-street parking space.
Rent per month:€350 and it include the following utility bills;water, tv licence, gas, local phone line rental, wireless broadband and electricity
Security deposit:€600 (( This shall be given back to you after your first two weeks stay in my flat if there is any damages made in the flat during your stay, the cost of the items damaged shall be deducted from the deposit but if there is no damages made, your €600 shall be given back to you)

I am looking for student, professional and couples with someone that is okay with any kind of person and most especially a trustworthy person, a clean and tidy and person that I could confide in as a friend and family and that could confide in me as well and I believed you would be the kind of person. I used to stay in the flat before but I moved-out of it some months ago because I recently secured an admission into the University of New York, USA for a 3 years course so that was why I wanted to rent the flat out. I will be staying here for 3 years so my flat will be available for the 3 years though I can't say maybe I will be coming back as soon as I finish my course but I hope so. My minimum stay is 1 week.
The flat pictures are attached with this message for you to see so that you can have an idea of what the flat look like. I will not be able to travel down to Amsterdam to show you the flat in person and this is the most reason why am sending you all the necessary information you need to know about it including the pictures but if you know you are truly interested in it and want to rent it, you can get back to me and I will tell you how we shall proceed to the next step.
