My name is Martha, am a model (international student) and i am coming to your country on an assignment which might last me up to 6 months. I came accross your apartment posted for rent and am very much interested in renting.

I will paying for the apartment month to months fee and gladly appreciate if you get back with the below details Asking price+deposit? Availability date? Please kindly get back to me with the total cost price for some months and i want to let you know that i will be paying on monthly basis. Let me know the full amount for six months as im ready to pay through traveller check or certified check ,so if you are okay by my term kindly send me your name and address so i can send the payment asap.


As i will want you to secure the room for me...

yes, and I was the victim from the first scammer, when she was inquiring about the room i was renting out, i thought she was sincere and her story is believable and she send me a picture of herself and i even send a picture of me also because she wants to see who she was dealing with and i did not think enough that it will be scam, so be careful with those people, i was ahamed of myself that i fall for it.
