• Parking Spot
Short or long term lease?! The lease is flexible, can be month to month, min stay 1 month - max 8/9 years. The price will not increase monthly, it will remain the same for the whole period that the contract will be signed for.
About pets.. there are no problems if you have pets, as long as you clean up after them!
Now, a little bit about myself so we can get to know each other better. My name is Jessica Ehrlichmann and I'm a 44 years old.
The only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave London even for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of their training. But this won't affect you at all.

I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from London (on my expense of course).

You seem to be a very nice person and I can assure you we will not have any problems.
It has been up kept properly and had a professional, top-to-bottom cleaning.
Like I have inform you before, the price you shall pay for 1 month of rent will be CHF 500 and i want also a guarantee deposit CHF 1000 (the guarantee deposit CHF 1000 you will receive back at the end of the contract), with no extra taxes to pay. The rent, I want to receive them monthly to my bank account, so I hope it will be no problem for you to wire the money.
The apartment is ready for you, you will only have to receive the key to check it and see if you like it. In order of that, I've found a way for us to complete the deal safely and fast so you will receive the keys in less than 2 days. No one could help me show the apartment because I don't know the neighbors very well.
The solution I've chosen is provided by Airbnb UK (http://www.airbnb.co.uk); they handle rentals for people who are unable to solve them alone, which are abroad etc., so they will take care both the delivery and payment.
I will support all the shipping taxes for the package.

Step # 1.

Of course, we will need some way to go through this agreement, to allow us ensure that we get what we are expecting, because you can't send me the money directly with no protection and I must have a warranty to send you the keys, I hope you understand I can't just send the keys to anyone.
This is step # 3.
* You need to deposit to Airbnb custody, first month of rent (CHF 500) + warranty (CHF 1.000) in total of CHF 1.500;
* They will proceed with the delivery and you'll receive the keys at the address provided in 48 hours;
* After you receive the keys and inspect the apartment you must give Airbnb an answer.
* In case you will rent it, you will have to supply them a copy of the contract signed by you and they will release me the funds. The contract will be signed and filled in after you will check the apartment;
* In case you will not rent it, they will refund your money and transport the keys back to me.
* Airbnb will provide assistance in handling the payment and delivery of the keys, I'll pay for the services performed by the company, so there will not be any additional cost to you.
