Room for Rent Scammer - [email protected]

Hey, i got a similar Message from Rebecca Attar after posting a request for renting a room on "www.wg-gesucht.de". First this one (22.08.2010 12:36):

I have a lovely apartment located in the city center of Karlsruhe .The apartment building is surrounded by a host of supermarket and restaurants,lots of them in walking distance.The is lease is 350euro /Month/ A Room,including the utilities,fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker,micro-wave, dishwasher,electricity bill, internet charges and others.and 500euro for the security deposit which is refundable during the departure time from the room.

Kindly get back to me on my email if you are interested in renting the apartment so that i can send you the details and pictures of the apartment...My email address is [email protected]

I am very responsible, very clean, respectful of others space, and like to cook.
I also love to make new friends and i will be happy to be your friend and i know that you will be happy to be my friend because i am nice,look,loving and i like to out to have fun,and all other good thing.

Pretty strange that she writes in English although WG-Gesucht.de is German, my request was German and she is - as she wrote - from Austria (not Austrailia..).

I had the same email whilst applying for a room in Paris

Email read:

Hello, I am Marine Solene the apartment belongs to my late father and my mother have been managing and Maintaining the apartment, the undergraduate student and i work so in a calling center .... ... The exact address is: 13,Rue Malar,75007 Paris,France, The lease ll be - € 500 room is including the utilities, fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electricity bill, and internet charges. --- € 600 for the security deposit Which is refundable during the departure time from the room. I will like to know where you are from and when you will be coming to the flat? Confidently on Assuring you that you will be more than satisfied when you come into the flat. Afterwards, "she" sent me an email with the same pictures as above. I was sent a fradulent "lease agreement" but did not sign over any money as she refused to contact me on the phone or anything.
