Dear Michelle
Please be advised that property daily only assist us until you will inspect the apartment and decide about it. Once moved in, we won't be needing them anymore and we will deal directly. The utilities are now connected and working. After you move in, you can continue with the existing contract or we can transfer it onto your name. Either way, it's fine with me. The chiller and community fees are included in the monthly rent. What is not included and you will have to pay for, are the DEWA, satellite and internet. These comes at around AED400/month, but it really depends on you.
The apartment is located on the 36th floor. The procedure is as I told you in my last message. Once property daily will have your deposit, they will send you the package with the keys, contract and documents. You will submit the payment against an official invoice issued by them and of course the invoice will state that the amount is refundable in case you don't like the apartment. I'm sure this won't be the case, though.
Please review my last message to better understand the process and if everything is fine with you, then please provide me the requested details so we can move forward with the transaction.
Best regards,
Omar Majid Mohammad Qureshi

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
