Vacation Rental Scammer : [email protected]

Here is the scammer's response to my inquiry:

Hi XXXXX,

Our property is available for the nights of FROM DATE - TO DATE. Address is XXX. Find more photos attached. 4 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms (Sleeps 12).

Rental Rate: $YY per night x ZZ = $TOTAL (cleaning fees and tax inclusive), You are to deposit half of your rent and a $RRR Refundable Security Deposit to hold the reservation. The Security Deposit will be refunded on the check out day.

50% deposit = $XXX
Refundable Security deposit = $XXX

Total deposit for reservation = $XXX

If this works for you, we will send you our booking form.
