Feona Oltmann by name, I am 21 years old, am mixed, half German and Italian,I have just graduated in Tourism. I decided to study in München because my father works with the health organization in München and he want me to be close to him since I am the only child. The Loristraße is a crossroad for Nymphenburgertraße and is situated between the metro stations Stiglmaierplatz and Maillingerstraße (U1). These can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes or 7-8 and 2 or 1 station away from Central Station. And by bike makes it even more fun.
Our neighborhood is nice and there is everything that I saving me the remarks.

This is my first time renting out the room by myself, you're right on track with the way we will proceed on this but it's not only trusting in my self reference nor you. I can as well send you a copy of my identity so that you can feel more positive towards this as i will want you to understand that there are so many potential tenants that wants to rent and the only way I will be able to reserve the place for you right now is if i have a concrete arrangement with you.
It is going to be negligence on my part if I have nothing concrete with you in terms of arrangement and then leaving the place open because most times that I have tried to do that for people willing to rent, they either fail to meet up with appointment and meetings thereby sending me back to the first phase of having to send out adverts again so I hope you understand that angle that i'm coming from.
If you send me your information now (full name, address, copy of identity), then tomorrow I will send you the rental contract for living in the apartment so that you can read through it's terms and if it all sounds well for you then we'll pick things from there.
Do let me know what you think about this so that we can possibly move things on.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
