Rental Scam: Jennifer Klaus email: [email protected]

While looking for a room, I was contacted by a dubious person who wanted me to send her the money through moneygram. I got an idea that this is a rental scam but continued conversation to get more info about the scammer. Following email thread is just part of the communication(with relevant details) because the person always sent a new email with a different subject line.

Thanks for the response, First before we Proceed further i will want
you to know that , You can also rent a room in the flat.. the flat is
still vacant now and you can move into the flat as soon as possible
BUT sorry viewing the flat will not be possible now because i am not
in the country at the moment , I just relocated here in  India few
weeks back due to my new job and that is the reason I am  renting out
the flat and i have the flat keys here with me.i left urgently with
the hope of  coming back soon  but right now the work has taken me to
stay long term  under contract agreement, that's why I have made up my
 mind to put up my apartment for rent but I can only send you the
flat  pictures to see so that you can have an  idea of  the flat.
