Hello There,
I am happy to let you know that my apartment is presently available even for long and short term periods. I am Debbie D. Hawn, the owner of the apartment you are making inquiry . I bought this apartment for my daughter during her studies in US , but now she's back home (London/United Kingdom) permanently, so I'm renting the place for unlimited time.
The flat is exactly like in the pictures . The district is very well-served with public transportation, shops and the apartment building is surrounded by a host of supermarket where you can easily get things needed. Also, very important, the utilities (cold/hot water, electricity, wireless broadband Internet, digital TV, 1 parking spots, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) are INCLUDED in the price of $950 per month and the warranty is also $950 and you get it back, when you decide to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least 30 days notice). As for me, you can rest assured that I will never ask you to leave the apartment. My daughter is building her life here, and i am too old to move to US, so we won't disturb you.
Before we go any further I would like to know a little something about you, like how many persons you intend to live in the apartment, and for how long.
All the best from London
Debbie and John Hawn

Thank you for your reply!
After analyzing all the detail's together with my husband, we decided that you would be suitable to rent the apartment. We can start with a basic 1 year contract or with the period of time suitable for you with the possibility of renewing it .
In this moment I'm in United Kingdom and can not be present to deal face to face.
I can make arrangements to rent the apartment from United Kingdom through Realtor.com is an international company dealing specifically in rentals apartments, I used it in the past and I was very pleased.
In order to view the flat and settle a deal, you will need the keys, and the contract.
I will explain how it works..
If you decide to proceed with this transaction, I will need your phone number full name, address and email where you want to receive the keys and a temporary contract .Then I will go at Realtor.com company from United Kingdom provide them your information, and they will start the process right away in US. Next you will receive a notification message from their company containing all the instructions that you need to follow.
Regarding the Payment, you will be instructed to deposit an amount to an agent from Realtor.com ,they will hold and insure your money until you check the apartment and decide if you want to rent the place or not.(That is my insurance) because my biggest concern is, I must pay $950 up front for their service .
If you will not be satisfied with the apartment the total amount will be refunded in same day after your request. You will be given a 2 days inspection period from the day you receive the keys and contract. During this period you can take a decision. If you like the apartment then we will make a direct rental contract. As for the monthly payment are done directly to my bank account from United Kingdom at the beginning or end of month at your convenience.
I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hello Again,
I just received the confirmation from Realtor.com that our transaction has been approved and started. They said that they sent you a notification with all the information you need to continue with the transaction, please let me know if you did received it.
Please check your email ( INBOX and SPAM/JUNK folder )
According to the notification you have to confirm the payment in 24 hours and then send the payment details in order to confirm and lock the payment.
I have to give you a tip very important about the payment. You were requested to send money with Western Union.
I have used already before this agency and i will tell you a trick so you don't have to pay higher fees when you will confirm the payment with them.
When you will go to Western Union location to make the transfer in case they ask you where you send the money, tell them that the transfer is for my cousin/brother/best friend.
(Ex: Realtor.com (agent) is my cousin/brother/best friend and I will send the money a gift for my mother)
This way the Western Union fee will be convenient, if you tell them that you pay your rent the fee can be 10 times higher because they have special services for rent payments. I hope this will help you save some money. I look forward to receive news from you, to let me know when are you able to confirm the payment.
Please listen to me because I know what I'm talking
Once you receive the contract, read it carefully because it will give you the necessary instructions for payment.

Thank you so much !!
The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send money (again via Western Union) in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary
