As I read the post here, I am really sure that the person contacted us was a scammer. My husband and I were looking for an apartment. The scammer offered a very cheap price for the apartment and the pictures were so beautiful. And it is the same tactics they offered. Here are the messages from Kristain Appel:

The rent will be unlimited,we have both lived and work in Birkerød before acquiring this property, my wife and i have decided to rent the place to someone who will take good care of it not for making money but just to occupy the place while we are away and we are very good people, we won't disturb or stress you on the rent. So far you will always pay regularly every each month, that is why our rent is not really high. I await your prompt response.

(I asked my friend from UK to search these information since the agency is located there. and unfortunately the address of the bank is the personal address of the name given to us to send the money. And different information which is invalid. We also search the name Kristian Appel and we found out he is in the list of scammers.
