Hello,
Thank you for the interest in my announced apartment. Little about
me, i am originally Italian that have lived in Switzerland and
Scotland UK for many years and i am used with the Brish style, i
bought the apartment sometimes early last year while i was working
full time in Zurich.
I have to rent out my fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Zurich
because its vacant as i start a new work that take me away to Geneva
(Switzerland ).I am looking for some one to rent the apartment and
that will take the apartment like its his/her own as i am away from
the apartment and i will only be visiting occasionally just to check
up and i will leave immediately(not gonna sleep over night anytime i
come for check up and i will only come whenever i am permitted) . You
can rent the apartment for a long time as long as you intend to stay
as i am away and will be residing at the company residents here in
Geneva for some years. I frequently stay in the Scotland (Dundee) as i
use to have 4 days in Switzerland (Geneva)and the last 3 Days of the
week in UK (Scotland) as my family are here in Scotland.
The apartment is 800 CHF per Month which also includes all bills and
utilities and the security deposit is 1500 CHF which will be refunded
at the end of your stay if nothing is damaged in the apartment.The
apartment is fully furnished and well equipped,the rooms are furnished
with beds in each room. The apartment is also equipped with TV, CD,
fridge, internet, chairs, wardrobe,reading table,Heater,cooker,washing
machine,dish washer ETC ..
My Terms and Condition are :
1:I want some one that will take good care of my property like its his/her own..
2:I will only allow pets that are registered and that has references
3:I will not allow late night and every time partying in my apartment
4:I dont allow paints or any much extra decoration in my apartment as
its well painted and decorated
5:Little decoration or tools fixing can be allowed based on agreement..
Im sorry if the terms and condition above is any how complicated,just
that i need someone to take good care of my property at my absence ..
The apartment is located in a very peaceful,secure and cool
environment,its situated at Hofwiesenstrasse 6 CH-8057 Zürich,
Switzerland ,it is a 2bedrooms with 1 kitchen,toilet and bathroom in
each room and a living room.Let me know if you are still interested in
the apartment and if you will like to proceed on the rent.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
