I am sorry I am so busy that I can not get in the forum as much as I would like to. This is the name and the address Carol Wallace <[email protected]>, they are always using the same name, in fact I have got twice the same email.

This is another one, it is always the same but they just change the name and the email, I think they are the same people all the time.

Thanks for the sincere interest you have in my flat. Due to disappointment from some people who will make an arrangement for viewing and paying you the rent without any form of confirming there financial ability or how serious they are about renting the flat, most people will contact minimum of 20 agencies looking for just a flat and not keeping up to time as scheduled, has brought about great loss to me. I used to travel down all the way from Ireland to take some interested candidates round my flat because that's where i work with {John Sisk & Son Ltd } in Dublin, Ireland.

Some outside tenants do not have the money to pay the rent and yet they disturb the the landlord to arrange a viewing also some do not meet up with the appointments which has led to the dismissal of some landlords in office by there employees. So i will prefer you make some deposit to know how serious you are about my flat before traveling to Glasgow .

And this one is one of the lastest ones!! As soon as they start asking me for details I always say the same, when could we arrange a viewing, please? And in case they are cheeky enough to reply I always say that they should stop doing this because I sent the email to the police, which I always do. I think all of us should do the same, it just takes you five minutes, and if the police starts getting a massive amount of messages probably will investigate about it more in deep.

They even attached some documents to fill in, it is mental. I am sure that is a scammer because I checked the company they have said are from and there is nothing at all. If there is a ways to upload som files here I would not mind to share them with you. They never replied when I asked them for a viewing, for that reason I think that they are scammers.
