to my Lawyer.

Since the credit crunch a lot of wannabee tenants end up not serious nor capable of the rent and with that i am convinced that you are
capable of meeting my demands.I will be able to send the key's to him via UPS same day delivery service so that you can view the
apartment together,your money is fully refundable back to you by my lawyer if you don't like my apartment but i can assure you,you will
surely like it.

I have attached my international passport photo page with this email because you will need to print it out and taken with the lease agreement
form to the apartment. I'll need your full name, Scanned copy of ID or Number, Current address and phone number,Move in date, sex and your
date of birth.I need this information's to prepare the tenancy contract so i can send to you.Should you need more clarification, please don’t

Hi guys, that so called "Carol Wallace" is a scammer writing somewhere from Nigeria, as I was able to find out. Unfortunately, I found it out too late. I was extremely careful, but despite I fell for this scam and lost my money.

and tub (see photos)I'm the only one staying in the apartment for
now.Conveniently located at 3 Grassmarket,Edinburgh, EH1 2HY.Edinburgh
city centre,Popular upmarket Area.Close to Waverley train
station,Festival Theatre, Usher Hall,2mins walk to
shops,bar,Gym,Tesco,Boots,Pizza Hut,restuarants, Sainsbury's, Marks
and Spencer etc.bus number as follow:22,25,7, 14, 12,16,

The bedrooms is large (16’6 x 15’), and comes with an en-suite private

with a nice sofa so it’s practically a studio.Kitchen (14’6 x 15’)

cool,considerate,congenial and reliable people so you will find your
housemates to be so.

I'm flexible and very quiet but friendly,29 years old,Single,Cabin

doing the best thing looking for accommodation before Traveling to
Edinburgh because a lot of people comes down to Edinburgh daily
without looking for accommodation before their arrival and end up
Homeless.

Since i have a lot offer and i would advice you to secure my room
inform of reservation and you would only need to get back to with your
Name,Home address,scan copy of passport or passport number,Telephone
number,Sex and Arrival date.My Lawyer will need the Information to
prepare the lease agreement contract. As soon as the Lease agreement
contract is ready i would it send to you to study carefully the terms
and conditions before signing it and make initial payment to my lawyer
to confirm the reservation.

I just want to add extra-information about this fake rental add you're posting here. I'm a Spanish inmigrant moving to Liverpool next February, and I've recibed exactly the same mails as posted here from a supposed "Carol Wallace".

"Her" msn address contact now is [email protected]. Do not make any arragment with her!!!! Fortunately I found this site -to which I'm very grateful- and I didn't lost my money. "She" was supposed to send me the Lease agreement contract this week and then I'd have to make a 650 pounds payment (350 deposit plus 300 for first month rental in advance) in a few time. Again, thanks to all of you.

Thank you very much, Bubbles. Really I cannot express the inmense gratitude to this site, and I'm in debt with all people like you who make this possible. Thanks to that I still have my savings to try to get a new life abroad. The worst thing is that I believed everything they told me... I feel kinda stupid right now. Hadn't been for a friend of mine who lives in London and was very struck because the pictures were of a high quality house and very low price, I'd had found myself without money and job.

But I've learned from this, and in the future I'll never consider making any payment until I see the flat and the landlord.

Just a little offtopic... how can people do things like that? I mean, if you wanna steal money just go to a bank or company which have billion dollars! But trying to steal people who are devoting their scarse saving to get a decent salary and making an living out of it... it's so sad. These people even don't deserve to the labelled as human beings.

Well, thank you so much again. Everytime I face something like this in the future I'll make myself sure of posting here to give back the help I myself received now.
