Yes, the home is still presently available for rent (3beds, 2.5baths, move In ready) and I am looking for interested tenant who knows the worth of what it takes to own a home. Either for a long or short term lease but preferably long term lease as I really want someone who needs a stable accommodation. Per month rent is $1090 (including utilities) which includes water, gas, electricity, garbage and it will remain in my name. Also, a security deposit of $1090 (refundable), $200 for each pet as pet deposit (negotiable if more than one pet) but only applicable if you have any pet. For the records, I am not renting because of the money involved but rather looking for someone to look after my home while I am away working. I once worked with a Realtor but I noticed he inflated the rent more than I expected, he was trying to extort people off their hard earned money and since I do not want anyone defrauded over my property, I took it upon myself to rent it out. I am a Professional landlord willing to provide exceptional services. Even though the property is in a very safe neighborhood, I still provide a free ADT Pulse Security System with the house free of charge for added security and peace of mind.

Also, the home is available for a showing everyday but Unfortunately, I am presently not available local to take you on a tour around the house as I am currently working offshore the gulf of IL. Nevertheless, you are free to go by the house and have a satisfying view on the house. The interior is just as neat as the pictures you have seen from the ad. Once you are fully satisfied to proceed you can then get back to me for a rental app.

The address to the property is: 2400 Dyers Oak Drive Plano, Tx 75074

Regards,
Chen.

***Please do note that the rent will be reduced if renter is willing to sign up for a long term lease***

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union, MoneyGram or Bank payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Please make the security deposit available to my in law's bank account using the following details:
Account name: Saul Rodriguez
Acct #000150919801
Bank of America

Please do make sure you send me a copy of the deposit slip as well for confirmation and documentation. Then you should forward to me the address where you would want to receive the keys.
