www.palmaryltd.com - is a rental SCAM

I have just spotted a scam rental accommodation website called www.palmaryltd.com. They have ridiculously low price for serviced apartments in london, and a 07 telephone number. They have stolen texts from a legitimate company's website and even have the cheek to say that they are working under this legitimate company's name, and any other website using that name is scam!
Does anyone know how to take down this website? I checked on whois and it is hosted by gandi.net so I have submitted a formal complaint to gandi.net. Not sure if the hosting company will do anything.
