Thought it will be interesting for you. Recently was looking for apartment in Hamburg and faced with scamer like you wrote about.

Weird and I don't know why but after second letter I haven't hear from them. Their advertisement has been withdrawn from the web-site. Maybe somebody else found out that they are thieves before me.

So the 1st message was:
