Thanks for getting back to me, i fully understand you and i know how you feel but the problem is that i dont want to deal with bank transfer, showing bank statement or transferring money to your mother via bank because i recently scammed with fake bank Log in and bank transfer as well.

I will be very glad if you can do it the way i want by sending money to your mother who lives in London via money gram transfer and show me the payment receipt by money gram.

Once i receive that from you, i will call money gram to confirm if truly the money has been sent to your money and if yes.I will come over to show you my apartment.

If you are interested, we will sign the rental contract and after that you will forward the money gram information to your mother to pick the money at nearest money gram store and send it to my account.

If you are not interested, she will pick the money and send it to your account. mind you the transfer charges will be giving back to you as soon as with are through with the whole thing.

I also want you to understand that money gram is also secure because the money was sent to your mother and you can not receive any money that wasnt sent to you at money gram store because they will request for your valid ID and your bank details to verify your identification before giving you cash
