Hello,

I am glad that you are interested to rent my apartment.
My name is Gianna Parker, I'm 50 years old and I am working as a project manager for ADCO Construction. I lived in this apartment until March 2016, when my company started a new project in Ireland and I had to move here for the next 5 years, so the apartment is available for long-term. The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment and appliances.? As you saw in the pictures it is in excellent condition, very clean and well kept. The rent will be $250 per week including utilities (hot/cold water, electricity, internet, cable TV). Also, a security deposit (bond) of $1000 is required at the start of the lease and it will be refunded at the end of the contract (a 30 day notice is required). You have full access to all building amenities. Pets are allowed. That's all i can say for now until you have a taste of my place.

In the meantime, can you please confirm the following:

· How many people would be living at the property?
· When would you like to move in?
· What term/length lease would you like?
· Do you have any pets?
· When are your most suitable times/days to view the property?

If further interested, please give me some information about yourself (age, job, lifestyle or whatever you think makes you a good tenant).
Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

Hello,

Do not worry about the documents you sent unless they have your full SSN. If so put fraud alerts on your credit reports all three. Stop all contact with the scammer.

Make sure you can physically go inside any rental and meet the landlord face to face prior to renting.

Ask any questions you may have here on Scamwarners if in doubt.

hi byron, i ended up some how removing all my attached documents so unless the scammer is still awake and has downloaded my files they won't be able to see it. I cc'ed myself into the email and now i can't see what i attached after i removed them off my mac apple mail and off my gmail.

what's an SSN?

yep i won't write back to them if they email me. how did u know it was a scam? u know if it wasn't for your post i would've kept going because i was wondering why i couldn't find the link that i found the rental property it was doing my head in. i should've known with a @gmail.com account

The response I received a couple hours ago from 2 emails (I applied for 2 properties however only sent documents for 1) on the site realestate.com.au posing as the real estate agent making listings for compass realty:

by zelozel Tue May 17, 2016 7:17 am

Scroll down after u remove attachments and it should say manually removed. just hope they didn't download ur document before u removed the document. What happens is u're able to remove the document whilst it's in the cloud server. How long was it that u sent it were u able to remove the document? I know great site!

I replied her using my hotmail account (website). so i moved the sent doc to folder and then edit it (remove the attachement) and then re-send it again with no personal details. When i checked my phone email "sent" folder, its the second version that got sent, not the first one.

Nice work! They will end up writing back with a BS story. Like Byron said just ignore it.
