The delivery company contact me and they told me that you must transfer 1150 EUR for 3 months so they can begin the delivery at your address . They told me that this is the policy of the delivery company and they must charge you for min. 3 months .
I think its my mistake because i misunderstood when they explained me the steps of the transaction and they told me that you need to pay for 3 months . Don't worry , in case you will not like the apartment , you will receive the money back from the delivery company .
I apologies for this , i tought you must pay only 450Eur for the first month .
The shipping company told me that they are waiting for you to transfer the rest of the money(700Eur) to begin the shipping process.
You complete this payment and you will stay 5 months in apartment without problem with rent, you have 2 months free because is my folt.

It certainly is a scam, I'm sorry to have to tell you. Western Union payments can be collected anywhere, even though this one showed TNT as the recipient.
So do not send any more money.

Unfortunately, you have lost 450 Euros. Please do not lose any more.
TNT do not work this way and the email domain that has been used (@instruction.com) is a free email address that anyone can register.
Do you have the scammers email address? If so, could you post it here in case any other people search for it.
You just might save someone else from losing their money.

Luckly I found out it was a scam before I gave them my money. This time Mr. Thomas Moderiz wanted to rent his apartment in Vienna, liniengasse 5, to me. It already sounded a bit to good to be true: 63m2 for 440 inlcuding furniture and monthly costs. I appeared to be a scam...

I posted the mail conversation, note the timing of the last emails!
Lesson to be learned: NEVER send money to some TNT guy! Please spread the word, so that these bastards can not continue their work!

Utilities cost like water, electricity, Internet, cable tv, garbage and the parking space are included in the price. You can move in the apt in the same day when you receive the keys but the only problem is that we have the keys with us. I hope that we will find a solution. About the contract this will come legalized and signed by me, and you will have to send me a copy of it with your signature only if you will agree with it and also with the apartment.
