I did get your response concerning the ADVERT i posted. The Apartment is still available bfor rent but I'm not around presently. I did bid for a portion of petroleum land sometimes ago in West Africa and fortunately i won the bid so i had to move to Africa so i can set up ny Conpany because i will still have to bid for it in the next 8 years. I came over here with my wife (Vivian) and my Daughter (felicia), we both bought the Apartment when we got married. As soon as we settle down here i had a thought of selling the Apartment but later my wife advised against that. She said we may not be able to win the bid next time, in other to keep our head when we return that we have to keep the Apartment. I reasoned with her and accepted her advise. Later we decided to have the Apartment rented out.I know there is no way i can be sure that you are the right person to live in the Apartment because we won't be able to meet in physical before sending you the keys and the documents to occupy the Apartment. But i just had a feeling that anyone who knows what it takes to put the kind of structure down should know that maintaining a building is mandatory, so if you believe you can take good care of the Apartment and handle it like yours then i will be more than happy to let you rent the Apartment.

I am quiet satisfied with your profile and also believe i can trust in you because i will not like to experience what i experienced with my last tenant again.The rent includes all utilities but make sure you take proper care of my flat. We will come and pay you a visit after you have moved into my flat to see how you are maintaining it, i will be receiving the security deposit from you via Western Union because my wife and i got into Nigeria just few months ago and we have been trying to settle down for our purpose this has made it difficult for me to set up a bank account here for the payment of the rent nevertheless,i will be setting up a(Joint Account, for my wife and I) before the end of this year. l wish you best of luck in your work, from your profile i can see that you are responsible and a hard working person may the almighty Lord lead you in whatever you do. Please once again, i want to trust you and i hope you do not disappoint us and i promise you that, you will love the flat and not only, a good relationship between us.The flat is located at Richmond Rd Cambridge CB3 0, UK.The document is here with me as i couldn't find anyone whom i could trust to drop them with for this purpose.The keys will be sent via Fedex to you on a nextday delivery but you will need to pay the security deposit which is refundable (should in case you don't like the flat) to enable the shipment of the Keys and document to your current address, after which you could move in at your convenience. The rent starts counting after 24 hours of moving in, you will be required to make the first month rental fee.
Here are the contents of the document that needs to be sent.
1) Entrance and the Rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent flat form
3) The flat documentary file.

6) Signed Lease Agreement Form you are supposed to also sign and get it sent back to me.

The thief will tell you that you can rent his accommodation only if you can prove that you have genuine interest. He will ask you send money by wire transfer (normally Western Union) to yourself or a member of the family to show that you have sufficient finances and that you are not a "time waster".
Another variation of this scam is that you need to send (by Western Union) money in order that the keys and other documents can be couriered to you
He will ask you to send him the transfer details.
Make no mistake ! Western Union Transfers can be picked up virtually anywhere in the world and with the minimum of identification. They are almost impossible to trace once the money has been collected. You will never get to see the accommodation or your money again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
