I found a rental for a 2bedroom 
home online on Craigslist and was approved by "landlord" within 24 hours. I can't tell if it is a scam or If landlord is desperate to find a renter. After filling out a questionnaire I received this email posted below. From: [email protected] .No phone number:;

After filling out a questionnaire I received this email posted below. From: [email protected] .No phone number:;I have attached the Residential Lease Agreement for you, print it out, sign it and scan it and send it back to me. I am more than happy to have you as my new tenant you will need to make the first month rent of $550 and the Security Deposit of $600 and pet deposit of $100.. the keys and the Documents will be sent to the address you have provided to me earlier in 24hrs.. The payment will be made Via Western union or Money gram . You can do that in any Western union or Moneygram store or Walmart store . All utilities are included in the rent and the dryer/washer is also included .
Here are the contents of the documents of the house which would be shipped to you with the keys via FedEx courier service upon payment confirmation to the address you have provided in your questionnaire, and you will receive the package in just 24 hours after payment
1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2)The house documentary file.
3)Payment Receipt
4) Hard copy of lease agreement.
5) Payment Receipt
