Hi,

This is absolutely amazing, my daughter post the advert and she did it quite well. We are family with 2 son and 1 daughter. We just relocated to UK this is the reason why we want to rent out our former property.

I will be here for long so I'm looking for a responsible & clean roommate that will be able to take good care of my apartment.. The apartment is available for long term and short term lease is also accepted. The rent includes all utilities and there is no additional charges incur. Pet is allowed with a deposit. The property is furnished and if you have your own. The furniture is moved into the storage space at the property, you will have to move them back into the apartment if you are not moving in with your stuff.

We don't really want to rent out the property but my family just decided we do so, all the necessary documents are here with us, including the rent receipts. If you really want to rent the property, you will need to provide
the below information;

Full name:
Present Address of the applicants:

Zip code :

Ph#: Cell & Home :

Email:

Single Or Married :

Children:
Pet : If any ()

Date of Tenancy:

REFERENCES

Reference:

Ph#:

I want you to make sure the present address is not mistaken because that's where the keys and documents will be ship to. The contents of the shipment you will be expecting are;
1. Bunch of keys to the property.

2. Documents containing the lease agreement and property description , including the property address.

3. Rent receipts and damage deposit receipts.

4. The pictures of interiors and my family, I took before leaving the place.

I want you to email me once you fill the rent application form, the shipment of the package containing the keys and other documents will be ship by secure courier service once the deposit payment is paid.

Thank You =

Mike Thompson

Michelle,

Thanks for the mail. I really appreciate your willingness in renting my place and i promise you that you will never regret taking my place. Moreso something came to my mind and i felt it'll be better to discuss it with you. Well i'm sure i'll have you wondering what it is...LOL. Anyways its not something scary or that serious, i just wanted to know if you could provide me with one or a couple of your picture so as for me to have an idea who my new tenant is and how you look like (no offense).

I'm willing to keep this as a means of recognition pending the time we'll meet as this will even make it easier for me to quickly identify you by the time i come for a visit in the nearest future. Also in the attachment you'd find a recent picture of me. I wish you all the best and good fortunes as you move into my apartment.

The total cost for you to move into the apartment is $1400. $700 for rent and $700 for the damages deposit which is refundable at the end of the lease if nothing is damaged in the apartment. I would be sending the apartment key's and documents to you via DHL EXPRESS to the address you filled in the application form and the shipment tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track it to know the exact time the package will be delivered to you the next day. Below are the document I will be shipping to you once i have received the payment from you.

Here are the contents of the document.
1)Entrance and The Rooms Keys
2)The Apartment Documentary File.
3)Payment Receipt.
4)A Copy Of The Lease Agreement Form

I have the keys and the documents ready for shipment. I will like you to go ahead and send the payment to the below information via Money Gram.

I answered a post from craiglist to Richard Weeks at [email protected]
I expressed interest in a room and wanted to check it out. He wrote me back saying:

This is absolutely great, I've been waiting to read from an interesting tenant that really want to secure the place. My father work in government office in the year of 1991 before he died while my mother live in UT where she own a big farm. I just got my retirement letter from NAVY some months ago and my family want me back home in UT. I will like to know the maximum number of tenant that want to move into the place and if is there is any pet. I will consider Short or Long Term lease if you can promise to take very good care of the place once you move in.

He asked for my full name, profession, address, reason for leaving, how long do you intend staying, do you drink, phone #, email, single or married, children, pets, and date of tenancy. I answered these questions which I thought was normal. I've applied for rental b4, so, nothing looked out of the ordinary. Until, he wrote me back saying that he would go right ahead and ship me the keys and deposit receipts after I send him a payment of $500 for rent and $500 deposit (refundable). The address he provided was 1719 W Champagne Ave. Taylorsville, UT 84118. I responded saying that I needed to see the room and I would need to meet with him personally, otherwise I would not make any payments. Then, he wrote back saying that he was sorry, and that I should trust him, that he would never steal from anyone and his property was 100% real. He provided me with this address: 168 Norfolk Street NY New York 10002. He said he was willing to send me pictures but he was in UT so he couldn't meet me. I never wrote him back.

I am the real Richard M Weeks. I can assure you that I did not post any of the emails associated with the property in Taylorsville, Utah. BTW. I no longer own the property. I never recieved any checks sent to me so thus did not cash any fraudulent checks.
