This is an apartment complex and it has ALL of the amenities you can imagine. Full size washer and dryer in the apartment. You will NOT have to pay for utilities at all. I have received the tenancy form and it was properly filled.. I will take it to the council for residence approval first thing tomorrow morning and i will get back to you with the outcome.kindly fill out the tenancy form attached.

Good Morning... I got the tenancy form yesterday, and i have taken the necessary steps.
I want to let you know that i just got back from the council . .and it really took so much time from me and energy before i got you approved and the room has been finally approved for rental to you with a residency approval by the council, so you are require to Pay the deposit by now, note that the security deposit is refundable immediately after your period of stay, pay the deposit to the below information. as soon as possible.
You just go to any Post Office nearest to you and find any western union outlet and have the payment made to the below information

This deposit is to be paid using Western Union.
Sounds safe. It's not!
If payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
