Please note that the availability of this apartment depends on your upfront payment. For reservation, we will require your monthly rent plus $1,200 refundable security deposit. Your refundable security deposit will be refunded back to you towards the end of your lease contract agreement.

The apartment does exist but Donald Hartley is not the manager and Veronica de la Cruz, Paciencia D Briones, Anthony Atabeh are not the owners or landlords. He is renting someone else's apartment!

After the first e-mail, if you make a deal and pay the deposit and one month rent,
he will ask you other money in order to pay ID security card or building insurance
(not mentioned in the contract).

He is a scammer, I am sure of it because a friend of mine was looking for an apartment
same period-same location and asked for information to Donald Hartley...
and he tried to rent the apartment he had already rented to me!

You can find pictures of the apartment searching on google "2605 O St NW apt 4 Washington DC 20007".
He uses craigslist or padmapper or similar.
