Just found out from your website that I nearly got scammed!

I was looking for a place to rent for myself, found a place ...one bedroom, one Craig's list site... And started conversing on on email...accommodation suited my current situation, and everything seemed so easy...that thought wow...but something in his emails made me think a this really true...is this a scam/hoax, as everything was abit too easy...and the money thing didn't ait easy with me, but I had given him( Gordon Rhys) my details, address and mobile number, also a scanned copy of my license....And when I googled the address it was a Auckland via duct apart, but at the top of the list when I searched was your website, saw the street name of where appartment located....was gob smacked when I read the same exact email that I remained, I stopped conversing with him now, but the scammer has my full details....what do I do?...

Please post the emails with your personal information removed. Be sure to include any email addresses and phone numbers they are using. This will help prove it's a scam and warn others.

There's not much they can do with your basic information, just ignore and delete any further emails from them. They will realize you're not going to play their game and they will just move on to their next victim.
