Thanks so much in your interest in renting my apartment. The apartment is three bedrooms flat and i'm renting out two rooms because im the only staying in the flat presently,the rooms have good size..they also have private bathrooms, a sound system, bedspread, in the sitting room there is a plasma tv, internet access, Newly refurbished to a high standard a modern kitchen with all new appliances, central heating, tasteful bespoke lighting, washing with dryer machine, microwave oven and a parking space.The bedroom is fully furnished..it also has private bathroom and you will not need to share with anyone,and also as a deck, bedspread and there is also wireless high-speed broadband and there's parking space for cars,as well as the siiting,there is a plasma TV,

The apartments is situated at 196 Morrison Street, Edinburgh EH3 8EB, quiet but very safe street in the heart of Edinburgh .The flat couldn't handier, just a couple of minutes away from all local amenities. Internally:Situated in the quiet area around Queen Street, in the heart of Edinburgh, 10 minutes walk to princes street, train and bus stations, convenient access to various shops, traditional pubs and wine bars on rose street and the trendy bars on George Street or the various popular restaurants., and most of them 24-hours. The transportation links are unbeatable, but most parts of Edinburgh are also close enough to go by foot in under 15 to 20 mins, and around the corner.

Located(ideal for an early morning jog), and the shopping area is very short walk away, almost as you turn out of the road.

For Shops:There are many grocery stores located within 2 mins walking distance, including a small shops,as well as Queen Street which has multiple restaurants and fresh food stores. Besides that,princes street Road also offer many other kinds of stores.

I've attached pictures of the flat and i hope you will like it as much.The rent is very reasonable at only £300 per month Including All taxes, bills, and wireless broadband internet access are included in the rent and £300 refundable security deposit for the apartment.

Its good to hear from you again..You seem nice and interesting,i'll like to know you more and see how things works between us.You can come by and view my flat but I'll need you to understand somethings..Due to recent inconveniences caused by wannabe tenants who approached me for a viewing. i have decided to know how serious people i will be taking for a view. I'm sorry if this look some how to you,but you will have to understand that all those i took for the viewing have always promised to pay but all to no avail. Out of no time i still find time to schedule a viewing and after all...I get cooked up with stories you cant imagine. For me to know you are capable of renting my spare room,you will need to assure me bcos im presently in Glasgow marketing some of my company product and you know its a little journey and stress to come down to Edinburgh.But i could let my cousin meet you and show the apartment,so i will need to know how serious you are before my cousin taking you for a viewing.Let me know what you think.

This person asks for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union payment to a friend or family member.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, this person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union and they will send the keys through a courier company.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment by Western Union before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

The transportation links are unbeatable, but most parts of London are also close enough to go by foot in under 20 to 25 mins, and around the corner along Westbourne Grove. The trendy bars of Notting Hill are also within short walking distance. Queensway Tube (Central Line) and Bayswater Tube (Circle and District lines) are both are less than 7 minutes walk away.
