Hi,

My name is Julie Alexandrine BOURDEAU, the rent is €650 + €650 deposit for whole apartment, the consumption charges are included in the rent/ (water, electricity, heating, internet, cable, wi-fi one parking space ) . The apartment is for long term and don't have a cellar

The price will not increase during the period that you will stay there. I would also like to know how many people will live in the apartment.
The apartment is in excellent condition, ready to move in when you get the keys and the contract.

Since I am currently in Abu Dhabi, UAE with my job, I work for KEO International Consultants, * I'm a architectural designer* .
I propose a safe way for the two of us to complete the paperwork for hire. I will use a rental company well known worldwide called (www.airbnb.com), which will assist in the management of payment and delivery of the rental package. With this procedure you will be able to check the apartment before I receive payment.

They are very professional and have very good reputation in these services. Let me know if you are interested, so it can provide all steps of this transaction.

You need to know everything about this process before it begins. I think it is best for both.

I wait for your answer/decision !

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.

Hi again,
My apartment was verified by Airbnb and all the transaction and rental will be made with Airbnb !
The operation is done through Airbnb, so we are both 100% protected. As for the process, only you have to deposit two months rent to Airbnb, representing one month's rent and one month deposit, in order to continue the process and receive the rental package (keys and contract) .The delivery will be made in 3-5 days, and you will receive the keys and the contract signed by me right away.

I will explain step by step how the process works:

1 - To start the process all I need is your complete information (full name, address and duration of the contract, desire check-in date, a copy of Passport or ID).
2 - I will go at the Airbnb to deposit the keys and contract in their name.
3 - Airbnb will send a delivery notification to let you know that they have the keys and documents in their custody. They will also send all payment instructions to complete the rental process.
4 - You will have to make a deposit into the bank account of Airbnb by the agreed amount, the total amount to be deposited would be 2 months (first month and one month deposit).
5 - Airbnb verify the income and if everything is in order, we will send the contract and the keys !
6 - After the handing over of the keys, you can see the apartment and you will have a period of 5 days (inspection time) and you must communicate your decision to Airbnb to inform them if will remain with the apartment or not.

Upon acceptance of the operation will have to give their agreement to admit me to Airbnb the funds.

Otherwise, the money deposited in the bank account of Airbnb will be returned in the same way that has made the payment and you will have to send the keys back to the company.

For if you want to continue with the rent I hope you send me the complete data to start the process.

Regards
