Thanks for your interest. The apartment is still available. I recently moved my work in England, but the rent is high here, I decided to offer for rent the apartment that i have in Germany.I can rent the apartment minimum 2 months and maximum 10 years .This is not a problem because we can make the agreement .First of all if you want to rent the apartment you need to pay 1 month of rent + 1 month of warranty (540€+540€-1080€ and includes all your utilities (water, Internet, cable). ) ! ( but that month of warranty you will receive back after you finish the contract !
The price is cheap because i want to find a good person who take care of my apartment !
If we decide to proceed with this transaction, I will have to contact AirBNB and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process right away. The keys and rental contract will be delivered at your address in no more than 3 working days. You will be given a ten days inspection period from the day you receive the keys and contract at home. If you decide to hold the apartment, then you will have to authorize Airbnb to release the funds to me, and the transaction will be completed. If you will not be satisfied with the apartment, you will be able to send the keys and contract back through the same service and ask Airbnb to return the funds to you.
I hope to find a compromise. If you're interested, write me back .
Thank you
This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.
Sounds safe. It's not!
At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters. This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.
In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.
All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.
If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam.
