Oh my gosh! I cannot believe the things i'm reading today. This totally amazes me. I got to this site (page even) by doing a google search. I have this Exact same email for a supposed Bachelor apt in the city of Toronto that is apparantly a condo. The guy claimed it was for $540 mth which I knew it sounded too good to be true because what person would rent a condo for so cheap. But my husband and I are desperate to find a place so I contacted to poster of the ad. Even the photos didnt look real either to me because if this alleged daughter lived there why is it completely bare? and it dont to me even look like an apartment. Mind you i dont know what a condo looks like from the inside. But it just wasnt looking right. The email that they emailed me from is way totally differet from the email they put in the original ad. Sadly the ad disappeared before I could screenshot it. I dont know why law enforcement cant and doesnt do something about this person(s).

I just now (Feb 1st 2017) replied this guy and currently am waiting for an appointment ... knew it was [i]'too good to be true" and decided to check it out, so I just googled the email address, that's when it popped.One thing that was alarming is that there was no name on the email, not even in the signature. Only thing is ... does he get many to actually hand over money?
Should somebody tell craiglist or kijiji that this is till going on?
Anyway - back to looking for a place to live!

So upset! I'm desperately looking for an apartment and I actually got taken in by this guy when he said he'd fly in to show me the apartment and wanted a Skype conversation to clear things out.

I knew something was fishy when he asked me to bring along the Western money transfer for when we meet. And now his Skype name is "Mister". Be ware. The market is bad so they're all just looking for a way to take advantage of us!

Omg I'm glad there is a place to check if I'm being scammed... this exact format for the cute 2bedroom rental for $800 was used against me. I almost fell for it.
I had 3people already tell me it sounds too good to be true.
