you have a car, occupation, for how long you want to rent

apartment etc..



In addition to the rest, here is some information about

myself and about the apartment, so we get to know a

more:



The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean

and equipped with everything you need, has been recently

renovated.



The rent per month is 350 EUR with All Utilities Included

(water, electricity, internet, cable, one parking space)
+

deposit is EUR 350,00 and you get it back, when you
decide

to leave the apartment (you will have to give me at least
30

days notice).



About me, I am 47 years old and I am a researcher in

pharmaceutical products, currently living in Italia, my
home

town. I'm in Roma, Italia but I already though at a

solution so you can get the keys and visit the apartment
to

make an impression.

Like i have informed you before, the price for 1 month of
rent will be 350 Euro with all the bills included in it ,
and I want also a guarantee deposit 350 Euro , with no extra

I am willing to send you the keys so you can visit it and
see it suits your needs. The delivery for the keys and
viewing permit (signed by me), will be made with Airbnb (
http://www.airbnb.com ) to make sure that we can trust each
other.

Also, in case you have another apartment right now, and
you can't move immediately, we can make the deal as i
explained it now, and consider it only an inspection and
reservation until you will be able to move there.



If you are interested I can explain you the procedure , so I
wait news from your side because I really need to take care
of this matter.

This is how they work

1) I will make the delivery papers at Airbnb.

2) After I will make the papers for delivery they will require for your payment confirmation of the first month and the guarantee deposit( € 350.00 + € 350.00 = € 700.00) to the company. Airbnb will send you a delivery notification to let you know they have the Keys and the papers in their custody .
Also Airbnb will give you further instructions about the money deposit .

3) After the payment is confirmed to Airbnb Representative Bank Account the delivery process will start and when you will receive the keys, you will have 2 days inspection period before your final decision to rent .

4) If all is in order, you will instruct Airbnb to give me the money. Further rents will be sent directly to my bank account.

5) If you refuse to rent the apt , Airbnb will give you a full refund (€ 700.00) and you will give them back the keys and the contract.

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
