Hello
You can rent the apartment for an unlimited period. The monthly rent is : 889 CHF (all costs included - parking, electricity, internet, cable-tv etc.).The apartment is fully furnished, but if you want, you can rent it unfurnished.
I am in Italy with my work right now. I had prearranged the deal with Airbnb so my presence in Switzerland isn't necessary. The keys and the all necessary documents are in their possession and ready for the delivery.
Airbnb will start the delivery of the keys and the documents to your address, but first you must send them (889 CHF first month rent +889 CHF the guarantee deposit = 1778 CHF).
Airbnb will send you an invoice and further information regarding the rental. You will receive the deposit guarantee certificate - the document which states your deposit is insured during the transaction.
Once the money are transferred into the Airbnb bank account they will send the keys and the documents to your address.
After you will receive the keys and the documents you can inspect the apartment.
You will sign the contract with Airbnb in case if you decide to rent my apartment.
If by any reason you decide not to rent the apartment, you will send the keys and the documents to Airbnb and you will be fully refunded.
In order to start the transaction with Airbnb I will need your personal information (full name, date of birth, address and phone number).
So, if everything is clear, please send me an email with your your information to contact Airbnb and start the transaction.
Regards

This person asks for a deposit payment via Western Union, MoneyGram, pre-paid credit card or bank transfer with a promise that you can have the keys to a property that does not belong to him.

Sounds safe. It's not!

At other times, he will ask for proof that you are able to pay the deposit and rent due to a string of time wasters.
This proof is in the form of a Western Union or MoneyGram payment to a lawyer,a friend or family member.

In either case, if payment is made and you give this person the details, they will collect the money.
You will not hear from them again.

All the details such as names, addresses, pictures etc. that the scammer uses in order to back up his story, are stolen from elsewhere.

If you are reading this because you are looking for property to rent, and you are in contact with this thief you are probably searching Craigslist, Gumtree or similar listing sites. If you receive any requests from 'Landlords' asking for some kind of payment before viewing, then it will also be a scam. Please forward the mail to me at the address in my signature line and I will investigate and list them if necessary.
