only inconvenience is that my job doesn't allow me to leave Sweden even

for one single day. We just hired some new staff and I'm in charge of

Thank you for getting back to me. I agree to rent the apartment to you but as i said in my first message considering that I can not come to Ireland until 28 January to make the renting procedures i will use the services of Airbnb Inc to make sure that we can trust each other. In this way you will be automatically accepted as my tenant and an agent of Airbnb will have the responsibility to welcome you in our apartment for visit it. All you need to do is to book my property after i list it on their website. You will need to book and pay only for the first 30 days through Airbnb (from 28 December to 28 January)and after this month pass i will come to know you personally, I hope you understand and agree with that, because also for us it is the first time when we rented without personally see the new tenant. You will also have to pay the damage deposit requested by us 900 Euro (money that will be returned when you will stop living on the place)

From the starting, the contract will be made for a long term and after passing the month rented through Airbnb, i will want to receive the monthly payment between the 25st and 30th of each month in my account, that will come attached to the lease.

You do not have to worry about anything because the money will remain in custody of Airbnb until the place is reviewed and until you get a decision if you want to stay or not.
If the place is not how I described it or as in the pictures you can cancel the reservation and they will reimburse the money on the same day (excluding fees Airbnb), but we are sure will not be the case and you will enjoy the apartment because is just as I described it.

If you agree with the procedure'll list the floor on the website Airbnb for you to make the reservation as soon as possible and begin renting procedures.
After booking automatically you will receive from Airbnb the payment order (invoice) and once the payment is verified by them, they will contact you to arrange an appointment with you and ask the documentation needed to put the contract up to your name.

This Scammer will arrange to send you an Invoice -- Make no mistake, the Invoice will be fake !

They have your real contact information so the best thing to do now is to ignore the emails from the scammer. If they used a different email address please post the new email address to help others who may be searching for information.

I've been in contact with this same man and came across this forum before going through with anything!

The e-mail he has used with me has been [email protected]

Again, he was advertising an apartment in Dublin (1,250 euros in rent a month) with the same set up of everything included and a first month through AirBnB. It seemed shady to me and when looking up the contents of the email, I came across this forum.

Responded very optimistically to this guy ([email protected])thinking he was legit, even though I was wary. Couldn't find anything online until I searched his email which brought me here.

We would recommend cutting off all contact with the scammer and not playing games with them - he potentially has access to your real life details (and those of your friends and family), all you have is the fake details that he is giving you.

He also sent some photos and swedish passport and driving license. When I did some google Image search, I found the original person, who is Deputy general manager at Aarsleff A/S. I also found original person in linked in, http://linkedin.com/in/lars-m-carlsen-01842914. in his linked in profile he has warned others to be care full, that some of the people is using his photos and ids.

I think I've explained very nicely how the transaction will flow. Briefly again, You will rent the apartment for 30 days After payment will be done the Agent of Airbnb will call you and will present you the apartment and will make with you the contract of renting for one 30 days. After that I will come personally to meet with you and we will make the contract for 1 year.

Please note: This is the only way and the best way and very sure way for me to rent you the apartment.
Also please if you not accept or if you not know what is Airbnb please do not contact me because sincerely I am very busy with my work and I don't have time to waste my time and you will waste your time!!!

You must pay to Airbnb the Month 900 Euro and the deposit 900 Euro. After payment will be done the Agent of Airbnb will call you and will present you the apartment and will make with you the contract for one month.If everything is good tell me and I will list the apartment to Airbnb today.
I attached you my personal documents and photo with me so you can know who I am.
Also before list the apartment on Airbnb please send me your copy of your identity card or passport so I can prepare the contract of rent for 1 year to an notary to be sure that you will not rent the apartment only for one month. (and please tell me how many people will live in apartment?)
