First we want to confirm you that we have received the funds, but there are some problems regarding the delivery.

It is not a insurance asked by the carrier, it's a insurance asked by the Consumer Protection, because many Landlords has made complaint regarding the seriousness of the Tenants and that's why, it was introduced this Viewing Insurance for a Rental Transaction.
If you'll decide to not pay this insurance, the transaction will be automatically canceled and your deposit will be refunded in 15 working days.
This Viewing Insurance represents a formal payment and is 100% refundable, so you'll receive this insurance tax back immediately after viewing.
We didn't know anything about these new reglementations and we are forced to inform you that, you must make a second payment of € 535.00 through Western Union Money Transfer as Viewing Insurance, using the fallowing information:
